WoW players can acquire Embers of Fyr’alath to permanently increase their chances of procuring Fyr’alath the Dreamrender.
One of the rarest weapons that players can acquire in World of Warcraft is Fyr’alath the Dreamrender, which is an item level 450 Legendary Axe added in update 10.2.
In order to acquire this weapon, you have to defeat Fyrakk, the Blazing and embark on a lengthy adventure which requires crafting, Professions and gathering quest items from Emerald Dream content.
Blizzard recently announced that they have received an increasing amount of feedback from frustrated players who have been completing Amirdrassil weekly on Heroic difficulty with no Fyr’alath in sight.
To resolve this issue, the developer significantly increased the effects of all Embers of Fyr’alath for players who receive them.
The increase is retroactive and applies to all players, whether you have consumed any Embers you may have or not.
Players can acquire the Lesser Ember of Fyr’alath as well as the Greater Ember of Fyr’alath to improve their chances of acquiring Fyr’alath the Dreamrender.
In order to acquire the Embers of Fyr’alath, players have to progress through Amirdrassil, the Dream’s Hope.
Allegedly, the Greater Ember of Fyr’alath is a guaranteed drop for Death Knight, Paladin and Warrior from Fyrakk on Amirdrassil on any difficulty. It can only be obtained once per week per difficulty though.

What to do once you have acquired an Ember of Fyr’alath
Once you have an Ember of Fyr’alath, you should use it as soon as possible and complete the Amirdrassil, the Dream’s Hope Raid to increase your chances of receiving the legendary quest for Fyr’alath the Dreamrender from Fyrakk on your next kill.
The Ember of Fyr’alath’s description indicates that it permanently increases your chances of getting the weapon.
This essentially means that there is no time-limit for the item and therefore, you can progress through the Raid at any time, as the buff is permanent.
Fyrakk
Once you have used an Ember of Fyr’alath, you have to destroy the final boss in the Amirdrassil raid to obtain the legendary quest. Players should note that this fight contains 3 phases, which unfolds as P1 – Intermission – P2 – P3.
During P1, you have to deplete his health until 70 percent to trigger the intermission. If you do not deplete his health, fire will fill the room and reach the roots near the heart of the tree.
During the intermission, you have 30 seconds to destroy his shield and interrupt him.
P2 starts when you have destroyed his shield, but if the tree loses health points, you will wipe. You will also have to protect fully-heal ghosts as they will heal the tree.
After a while, P3 will start, and it will trigger seeds to spawn. Players must use the seeds to survive Fyrakk’s roars.
